Some days I feel sort of glacier-scoured myself ….!
No less interesting … but profoundly changed. Guess most survivors feel that way.
Scoured, I’m sure, and expanded and deepened. Have you read Viktor Frankl’s “Man’s Search for Meaning?”
Not yet … but I’ll be adding it to the “To Read” list! My ever-expanding list, btw! 🙂

I think you will find the first half of the book the more interesting. The second half focuses on his approach to therapy: Logotherapy.
